An innovative new technology to enhance mouthfeel in sugar-reduced beverages

Almendra has patented an innovative technology to reduce sweetness linger and boost “mouthfeel” in sugar-reduced beverages. System G natural flavor enhancer improves several taste aspects in beverages that use high potency sweeteners (HPS) such Rebaudioside M, brazzein and monellin but also artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose and others.

System G has been found to improve sweetness onset and mitigate any lingering sweetness. At the same time it improves mouthfeel. Cost-effective and naturally sourced, System G offers an effective mechanism-of-action based tool for all productdevelopers. The technology has a global approval.
